Pomegranate Based Culinary Sauces
Karen's Pomegranate Martini for Two
We always appreciate it when friends contribute their favorite recipes using our pomegranate reduction sauces. Friends Karen and Harvey like to prop their feet up on the deck of their Wyoming home after a hard days work and enjoy this special pomegranate martini.
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
3 oz pomegranate flavored vodka
3 oz pomegranate juice
1 1/2 oz Splash! Pomegranate Port Reduction
crushed ice
1 lime twist optional
6 plump pomegranate arials (seeds) optional
1. Place all ingredients except lime twist in a martini shaker. Shake for a few seconds to blend and chill, strain into a martini glass and serve.
2. Option 1 : Take the lime twist and rub once around the rim of the martini glass before straining. Place the lime twist into the martini glass and serve.
3. Option 2 : After the martini has been strained into the martini glass drop 3 pomegranate seeds into each glass with the lime twist and serve.
