Pomegranate Based Culinary Sauces
Pomegranate Spritzers
Pomegranate spritzers are always a fun drink to have at a party. What makes these spritzers so different is that pomegranate is the base but you have 6 flavors to select from at Club Sauce. So pick your favorite and let the fun begin.
1 cup pomegranate reduction***
1 750ml fruity white wine, chilled
1 cup cold sparkling water
pomegranate seeds, lime wedges, orange wedges, optional

Cooking Tips
***This special libation can be made with any of the pomegranate reductions available at clubsauce.com. If using blueberry consider adding 3 fresh blueberries to each glass for example. For this cocktail we like using pomegranate port, tart cherry, plum sake, black currant, and blue berry.
1 cup pomegranate reduction***
1 750ml fruity white wine, chilled
1 cup cold sparkling water
pomegranate seeds, lime wedges, orange wedges, optional
1. Using a 2 quart pitcher combine the wine and sparkling water and set aside. In each glass (champagne flutes work well or tall thin wine glasses) add 2 tablespoons of your choice pomegranate reduction.
2. Pour the wine mixture into each of the glasses. Do not stir the mixture. They should have a darker color near the bottom of each glass. If desired drop three pomegranate seeds in each glass and garnish the rim with a thin wedge of selected fruit and serve.
